DR. Ganjewar

After completing initial education from his native place Latur, Dr. Vaibhav Subhash Ganjewar has completed his MBBS degree in 2001 from prestigious Seth G S Medical College (K E M Hospital), Mumbai. Later he has completed his MD in 2006 from Lokmanya Tilak Medical College (Sion Hospital), Mumbai and DM (Gastroenterology) again from Seth G S Medical College (K E M Hospital), Mumbai in 2010.

After completing his entire higher medical education from Mumbai, Dr Ganjewar had acquired vast experience as Consultant Gastroenterologist during 2010 to 2015 from Midas Institute of Gastroenterology, Nagpur, a tertiary care Gastroenterology Institute from Central India. During this period, Dr. Ganjewar had achieved expertise in his field of interest ERCP (Endoscopic intervention for problems related to liver, gall bladder, common bile duct and pancreas) and Endoscopic Ultrasound (Endoscopic technique for performing sonography from inside of intestinal tract) and performed approx. 700-800 ERCPs and 300-400 Endoscopic Ultrasound procedures.

In 2014, Dr Ganjewar went to Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, USA for further experience in Endoscopic Ultrasound. On this academically rich background, Dr. Ganjewar has joined Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital as Consultant Gastroenterologist and Head of the Department in September 2015. During this period, he has performed pivotal role for setting and running state of the art endoscopy lab providing advanced gastroenterology services. Dr. Ganjewar has started providing services for Gastroenterology patients at Ganjewar Gastro and Liver Clinic from May 2016 .
